It was heard in court that a Sydney tip-truck driver crashed his Kenworth tip truck into a waiting traffic jam. The driver pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving and gross inattention at the wheel as he suffered from Sleep Apnea. ORIGINAL ARTICLE
