Welcome to Healthy Sleep Solutions

Sleep apnea is an extremely serious disorder and is highly prevalent in Australia. Whilst treatment is highly effective, the main barrier is the recognition and diagnosis of the condition with approximately 2 million Australians remaining undiagnosed. People with Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Conditions and Obesity are at high risk of also having sleep apnea.* Diagnosing sleep apnea is easy and affordable and it can be done in the comfort of your own home. Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) is the gold standard treatment for people with Sleep Apnea, but other options are available including Mandibular Advancement Splints.
